Tony Martinelli

Founding Partner | CEO

Tony is a driven entrepreneur with decades of success in e-commerce content and advertising. He has a proven track record of boosting revenue while captaining core strategies, developing new services, and pioneering thought leadership this ever-evolving field. Since founding content26 in 2004, he has worked with Amazon, global retailers, and more than 600 brands. He has extensive experience in executive-level management, brand consultation, consumer search behavior, data-driven content and advertising, and execution at all levels of business.

Mark White

Founding Partner | President

Mark has overseen content26’s processes and services since the company’s inception. As a content agency expert with more than 15 years of experience, Mark leads strategic partnerships and is a recognized industry specialist. He has spoken widely at trade events, including the Cleveland Research Company Ecommerce Forum and the My Digital Shelf Online and Digital Grocery Summit. He is also a University of Washington Center for Sales and Marketing Strategy Executive Advisory Board member.

Heidi Reynolds

VP Finance & Operations, content26

Heidi strives to create a high-performance culture focused on profitably growing client accounts. She brings nearly two decades of experience to her role overseeing finance and operations at content26. In addition to mentoring operations department managers, Heidi handles agency reporting, budgeting, client profitability, and client contracts. She is a Purdue University graduate with a background in accounting.

Marcia Durazo

Senior Director of Client Accounts, content26

Marcia is a results-driven professional with a passion for building client relationships. During her three years at content26, Marcia has overseen Coty consumer beauty advertising and managed the Client Accounts department. Prior to content26, Marcia worked at Amazon as an advertising account executive for toy brands, building comprehensive experiences across Amazon’s search and display products including AMS, Fire Tablet, OTT, online video, and the Demand Side Platform.

Trinity Hartman

Sr. Business Director, content26

Trinity leads business development and strategy at content26. Over the past decade, she has positioned content26 as a thought leader in the fields of digital content, e-commerce, and Amazon. Prior to content26, Trinity spent six years in Europe on the editorial teams of Germany’s international broadcaster Deutsche Welle and Deutsche Post, a German logistic company. She has also held a Fulbright journalism fellowship in Valencia, Spain and worked as a newspaper reporter in the U.S.

Alyssa Sparza

Content Director, content26

Alyssa crafts content26 marketing, editorial, and content strategy. Since 2016, she has used her expertise to ensure our clients have best-in-class product page content on Amazon, Walmart, and other key retailers. Prior to content26, Alyssa developed her skills in digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce. She looks forward to continuing to help content26 be a thought leader in an ever-changing industry.

Jay Grinsell

Director of Operations, content26

Jay is fueled by his drive for client success. He uses his unique problem solving abilities to step back and see the bigger picture, both with internal operational projects and client business challenges. Prior to his current role, Jay led the Project Management team and supported major enterprise clients at content26. He looks forward to continuing to shape business processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction across both advertising and content accounts.
