Job Summary

The Project Assistant is responsible for contributing to the Delivery teams by working closely with Project Managers and the Project Manager Lead. The PA will help create and update documentation for client deliverables and assist with key project tasks (organizing digital assets, submitting requests to Editorial/Production departments, monitoring and reviewing results).






Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize project assets and documentation requests from Project Managers
  • Establish time lines and monitors status of deliverables
  • Organize and analyze project assets for internal and client review
  • Draft versions of visual content for processing by Production department
  • Provide approved upload-ready files to client or retailer
  • Manage financial tracker for key projects/accounts
  • Maintain line of communication with Project Manager Lead throughout projects
  • Data entry and updates into internal and client tools
  • Keyword research for ecommerce advertising
  • Other duties as assigned






  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines, and demonstrate creative problem solving
  • Able to work on-site in Downtown Seattle, WA
  • Eligible to work in US


  • Previous online retail and/or Amazon account experience
  • Passion for digital sales and advertising strategy
  • Background in content production, editorial review, or digital media
  • Previous client service experience
