Content26 is an agency specializing in ecommerce content and paid search. Founded in 2006, content26 manages the Amazon advertising and content of many of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Primary Function
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing projects for our content and ecommerce marketing clients and will be paired up with Account Managers on key client accounts. The Senior PM has strong leadership skills, communicates clearly and is driven towards always iterating on process improvements. The Senior PM is responsible for managing all aspects of the content project or ecommerce campaign lifecycle, including the creation of writer templates, management of inventory files, organization and analysis of project assets, and generation of client reports. The Senior PM is a client-facing role and expertly manages projects of various size, scope and complexity. The Senior PM will work with all internal teams (Editorial, Production, eComm Marketing, and Project Assistants) to ensure the quality of final deliverables.

The Senior PM is also a role model for the PMO team; someone who should be able to give positive mentorship to other PMs and PAs where appropriate. The Senior PM will also run PMO internal initiatives lead by the PMO Manager or PMO Lead as needed and see them to completion as if they are a client project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive/prioritize project assets/documentation requests and establishes timelines and deliverables
  • Create writer templates according to channel and content requirements and best practices
  • Able to organize and analyze project assets for assignment readiness
  • Last line of defense; final QA of written and/or visual pages for review/approval before sending to the client
  • Assist in building and presenting client-ready presentation decks for ecommerce marketing
  • Oversee campaign launches, keyword research, and optimization requests for Amazon Advertising
  • Provide approved upload-ready files to client or retailer
  • Manage financial trackers and reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis for key accounts
  • Maintain strong line of communication with Account Team throughout project
  • Manage multiple client service offerings across several internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Maintain data entry and updates to internal and client tools as needed
  • Provide first-class customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Lead client-facing calls and in-person meetings
  • Provide thought leadership to clients and become an expert on client brands
  • Work with Account Managers, Editorial, Production, eComm Marketing, and other Project Managers and Project Assistants, understanding each team’s requirements and needs
  • Run PMO initiative projects (determine scope of projects, resources, and steps needed for completion) to improve the PMO team’s tools and workflow
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • To succeed at this position, you have very strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (i.e Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • 3-4 years Project Management experience managing multiple, client-facing projects of various size and scope
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines and effectively manage team resources

Preferred Skills

  • Digital ecommerce and marketing background (specifically in Amazon Advertising)
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools
  • PMP training/certification
